Check-in: from 15:00 until 19:00
Check-out: until 10:00
Please inform in advance of the time you expect to arrive.

Please notice that the suite has NO reception. Departure after 10:00 am, if not previously agreed, is subject to a penalty of € 30 for each hour after 10:00 am.

Please notice that as required by Italian law we ask all our guests to show, at the check-in, a valid ID or Passport.

At your arrival we will have to collect the city tax by cash (2,50€) on behalf of the Municipality of Bardolino. 

There are several parking options close to the property, both free and paid:

Bardolino Parking (Via Europa Unita, 13): reserved for our guests, upon request, at €10/day. About a 3-minute walk away.

Prandini Car Park (Via Giacomo Leopardi): This is one of the closest and most convenient car parks, located about a 2-3 minute walk from the flat. It is open 24 hours a day and is an excellent solution for those who want to unload their luggage quickly.

Car park in Via Giacomo Leopardi, 11: Another option very close to the entrance on Via Salvo D’Acquisto, ideal for its extreme proximity.

Piazzale Aldo Moro Public Car Park: Located about a 5-minute walk away, it is a spacious parking area well connected to the historic centre.

Guests aged more than 3 years are considered standard guests; they must be included in the total number of guests at the time of booking.

Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge. A baby cot/crib can be requested at the time of booking (subject to availability).

Safety and Responsibility: Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the supervision of minors within the property and common areas at all times during their stay

 

The silence time is from 23:00:00 to 08:00:00.
Parties/events are not permitted. The facility is not available for hen/bachelorette parties or similar.

You can’t admit more people than the ones you have booked for and registered at the arrival. In case of parties or more/different people than the registered ones you accept to leave the apartment without refund and accept to be charged with an extra euro 500,00 fee.

Animals are not permitted.

We can accommodate small dogs for an additional charge of €15.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In case of violation of this rule, the guest agrees to pay the restoration costs of € 300.
